Location was ace, near an italian restaurant and donegall square. the breakfast had a good selection of food. i ate the fully loaded pizza and beef and guinness stew. They were tasty. i had more meals and they were good too.

The hotel's location provided easy access to the city. The room I had (it was an Executive Double Room) was a good size and quite super clean.
The breakfast was lukewarm. Black puddings were as hard as ice hockey pucks (perhaps the Belfast Giants could use them for practice).

the room's cleanliness was questionable. i found the carpet stained in several places. the kettle had old water inside, a clear oversight by housekeeping. i expect better attention to detail for the price paid.

location was good, close to the city hall and shops. many restaurants and bars were nearby and the opera house was next door. room was large and clean and the bed was big and firm. breakfast had a good selection of hot food and a continental selection was available. the meals we had were tasty.
i suggest alternative door stops in the room. the metal stops are a tripping hazard. i understand the need to prevent door damage. however, the damage to a toe or foot stumbling in the dark is devastating.
